Test case for parse XML string and XMLSerializer

Clicking this button should take the document dom node and serialize it as a string in the text area Clicking this button should parse the XML in the text area into a dom node, it will alert the object or an error

Note: both of these methods have equiviants with the active X control Microsoft.XMLDOM but they are part of the w3c dom level 3 DOM Parser,
